ZHAN Min-Xu is an assistant professor of Taiwan literature at National Chung Hsing University. He has served as a visiting fellow at Peking University (2010) as well as University of California-Los Angeles (2012-2013). His research interests include Taiwan literature, Sinophone Southeast Asian literature, and migration studies. He is author of Identity and Effects of Shame: Contextualizing Contemporary Taiwanese Literary Production in the Sinophone World, and co-translator of Rays of the Searching Sun: The Transcultural Poetics of Yang Mu.
