SPEAKERS｜YANG Fu-MinＸLIANG Chen-Mu
YANG Fu-Min is a Taiwanese author, Ph.D. candidate at GITL, National Taiwan University, and a 2017 visiting fellow at Department of EALC, Harvard University. His research interests include modern and contemporary Taiwanese literature, and Sinophone studies. His recent publications include The Sixty-Year-Old Boy (2010), Petit History of the Soul of a Post-Martial Law Taiwanese Boy (2013), The Book of Idleness: My Outdoor Creative Life in Tainan (2014), Real Matters of a Bookshop: The Bookshop in Your Heart (2016 ), That Missing Cloud: Collected Works of Li Yu (co-ed. with Chih-wei Chung and Mei Chia-ling, 2016)
LIANG Chen-Mu holds a M.A from the Department of Anthropology, National Taiwan University, and a B.A in Department of Chinese from National Taiwan Normal University. He went to Thailand to conduct fieldwork for his master thesis, and received official licenses for Teaching Chinese both as native and foreign language, and tourist guide’s occupation in English and Thai language. He is the author of Basic Thai in 7 Days. Liang is currently a tour guide and an interpreter and translator in Thai language.
